May 20th, 2010 at 11:09 amBy now all AAVA members may have received their snail mail AAVA 2011 Annual Meeting brochure and registration form. If you haven’t yet received your brochure or you are not a member, you can get one online from our website.
Registrants who sign up for the wetlabs by Dec. 1, 2010, will be put on a waitlist pending a lottery that will determine class seatings. If there are spaces remaining after the lottery deadline of Dec. 1, 2010, spaces will be filled on a first registered first seated bases with AAVA members being given preference.

Save $50.00 by registering by Dec. 1, 2010.
Register for wetlabs by Dec. 1, 2010, and be placed in the lottery we will use to select attendees for the limited spaces. Any spaces remaining after the lottery will be filled on a first registered, first seated basis with AAVA members given preference.
October 24th, 2010 at 1:41 pmWednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, will be the final day for registrations to qualify for the early bird discount rate. Please get your registration into the AAVA office by Wednesday to receive a $50.00 discount from the standard registration fee. Links to the meeting pamphlet, which includes the registration form, can be found at the AAVA website. Also, we have a link to the online registration site if you prefer that form of registration.
