Integrative Veterinary Wellness – Richardson, TX – Seeks Full-Time TCVM Veterinarian

Integrative Veterinary Wellness is looking for a full-time TCVM veterinarian to join our growing practice. We offer TCVM, chiropractic care, and canine rehabilitation to small animals in clinic. Our practice does not offer any Western medicine, instead we collaborate with local referring veterinary practices to provide an integrative approach. We utilize underwater treadmill, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, two Class IV lasers, PRP, and therapeutic and diagnostic ultrasound to aid in our exams and treatments. Our caseload consists of a diverse mix of sports medicine, post-surgical cases, and long-term geriatric care. Job Description:

The position will assist with treatment, instruction, and organization of patients being seen for integrative medicine therapies including, but not limited to, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, rehabilitation, laser, nutrition, or nutraceuticals therapies. Assists with exams, directly provides rehabilitation under the direction of faculty veterinarians, assists with acupuncture and nutritional/nutraceutical therapies, coordinates the schedule and interfaces with other services, and provides clinical instruction and assistance to veterinary students. Modalities currently used in this service include, among others: land and underwater treadmill, acupuncture and electroacupuncture, electrical stimulation, class 3B laser, class 4 laser, therapeutic ultrasound, manual therapies, and a gym with various exercise equipment.
